About the Committee

Committee Coordinator:


The committee focuses on social affairs both within and outside the institution. It strives to provide a comfortable and healthy work environment for the staff and works to strengthen social bonds and positive relationships among employees and affiliated members.

 

General Objective: To improve the professional and social quality of life for employees and members of the Chamber of Commerce.

 

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a communication plan with general assembly members and share information about their social events.
  2. Coordinate with the Public Relations Committee of the Chamber to promote members' social events to the public and media.
  3. Identify social issues affecting the general assembly members and develop initiatives to address them.
  4. Advocate for policies and programs that support the social development of general assembly members.
  5. Develop and implement social welfare, educational, training, and health programs for employees.
  6. Encourage staff and general assembly members to participate in social, sports, and cultural activities conducted inside and outside the Chamber.
  7. Handle employee complaints and social issues and refer them to the appropriate authority.
  8. Collaborate with senior management and employees to improve the work environment and social conditions within the institution.
  9. Identify employees’ social needs and develop programs and plans to meet those needs.
