Committee Coordinator:
The committee focuses
on social affairs both within and outside the institution. It strives to
provide a comfortable and healthy work environment for the staff and works to
strengthen social bonds and positive relationships among employees and
affiliated members.
General Objective: To
improve the professional and social quality of life for employees and members
of the Chamber of Commerce.
Tasks and
Responsibilities:
- Develop a
communication plan with general assembly members and share information about
their social events.
- Coordinate with the
Public Relations Committee of the Chamber to promote members' social events to
the public and media.
- Identify social issues
affecting the general assembly members and develop initiatives to address them.
- Advocate for policies
and programs that support the social development of general assembly members.
- Develop and implement
social welfare, educational, training, and health programs for employees.
- Encourage staff and
general assembly members to participate in social, sports, and cultural
activities conducted inside and outside the Chamber.
- Handle employee
complaints and social issues and refer them to the appropriate authority.
- Collaborate with
senior management and employees to improve the work environment and social
conditions within the institution.
- Identify employees’ social needs and develop programs and plans to meet
those needs.
